Share Your Light.,” and related designs, are the property of Kingdom Apparel or their respective owners and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Website Content for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with shopping and placing orders through the Website. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Website or Website Content without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Website or Website Content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Kingdom Apparel.

A. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Website, including placing orders and saving information for future purchases, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

IV. Orders, Pricing, and Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy. All orders are subject to acceptance by Kingdom Apparel, and we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or unauthorized or unlawful activity.
All prices displayed on the Website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling charges will be added at checkout as applicable.
By clicking “Place Order,” “Complete Purchase,” or similar, you are electronically signing and agreeing to these Terms. When you submit an order and complete payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
a. You have read and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy;
b. You authorize Kingdom Apparel (or its third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order; and
c. You understand that most products sold through the Website are custom, print-on-demand or made-to-order items and are therefore subject to the final-sale and defect-only return terms described in our Return Policy.
An order is not considered accepted until Kingdom Apparel confirms the order and begins processing or fulfillment. We may, in our discretion, limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time, even after an order has been submitted.
You acknowledge that most products offered through the Website are Custom Products and are final sale except for verified defects. Certain Non-Customized Products may be eligible for return or exchange as described in our Return Policy. All remedies, shipping responsibilities, and authorization requirements are governed exclusively by the Return Policy.
V. Custom Products; Non-Customized Products; Returns and Defects
Custom and Print-On-Demand Products.
Most products offered through the Website are custom-made, print-on-demand, or otherwise produced specifically for each order (“Custom Products”). Because Custom Products are made to order, all sales of Custom Products are final, except as expressly provided below for defective or incorrect items.
Non-Customized Products.
Certain products offered through the Website may be standard, non-customized items that are not made to order (“Non-Customized Products”). Subject to the conditions below, Non-Customized Products may be eligible for return or exchange within thirty (30) days of the ship date.
Returned Non-Customized Products must be:
a. In new, unused, and unwashed condition;
b. With all original tags and packaging intact; and
c. Not worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
Original shipping, handling, and payment processing fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs for Non-Customized Products are the customer’s responsibility. All returns or exchanges of Non-Customized Products must be pre-authorized by Kingdom Apparel. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. At our discretion, we may issue a refund of the product price or provide an exchange.
Defective or Incorrect Items.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, you must notify Kingdom Apparel within thirty (30) days of the shipping date. All returns must be pre-authorized by Kingdom Apparel. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Upon verification of a defect or error, Kingdom Apparel will, in its sole discretion, provide either:
a. A replacement of the affected item at no additional cost; or
b. Store credit for the purchase price of the affected item.
Kingdom Apparel will provide instructions for returning such items. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.
Return Shipping for Defective or Incorrect Items.
For verified defective or incorrect items shipped within the contiguous United States (the “lower 48” states), Kingdom Apparel will cover return shipping and will provide instructions for returning the item.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, even for verified defective or incorrect items.
No Other Returns or Exchanges.
Except for defective or incorrect items as described above, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom or made-to-order products, including items ordered in incorrect sizes, colors, or styles selected by the customer.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KINGDOM APPAREL, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, THESE TERMS, OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE WEBSITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS TO STOP USING THE WEBSITE AND, IF APPLICABLE, TO SEEK THE LIMITED REMEDIES EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN OUR RETURN POLICY.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF KINGDOM APPAREL AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, THESE TERMS, OR ANY PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(i) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO KINGDOM APPAREL FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
(ii) FIVE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $500).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kingdom Apparel, its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any products purchased through the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Frederick County, Virginia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

No failure or delay by Kingdom Apparel in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right, power, or remedy.
B. Severability.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
C. Entire Agreement.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and any Additional Terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kingdom Apparel regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
D. Assignment.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Kingdom Apparel. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.
